Want a fun, interactive component to your wedding or event? Consider Live Illustration as a form of entertainment, an encounter that is equally creative and unique! Portrait Illustrations are completed onsite and are taken home as a keepsakes for recipients to enjoy for years to come. I believe there is a really wonderful experience to be had when creativity, art, and meaningful moments collide together and are able to be commemorated and treasured in a tangible way. How Does It Work?
I show up in plenty of time to set up prior to our designated “go” time with all of my supplies. You just provide space for my 6 foot table, a couple of chairs, and access to wifi! Once we get started, your guests are welcome to approach my table! Guests are welcome to chat and watch as I sketch OR they can snap a picture with my assistant and head back to the event/party. Each portrait is packaged up after completion and can be picked up once completed. Anything not picked up will be given to the host of the party to be distributed!
How long does each illustration take?
I generally like to stick with 2 people per illustration. This allows me ample time to complete as many portraits as possible for your guests. Typically for a colored illustration of 2 people, I spend ~3-4 minutes of time, while for an outlined/black and white illustration, I spend ~2-3 minutes of time. Some of the time spent at events, I am conversing, answering questions, and reorganizing my materials, so there is not a guaranteed amount of illustrations I will complete, but for the most part, once I get started, I’m “go, go going” and can knock out a bunch.
What makes up the actual product?
Each portrait is completed on 5x7 sized card stock using pencil, pen, and markers. They’re sealed up and placed out for display and pick-up.

Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Baby/Bridal/Couples Showers, Birthday parties, corporate events/parties, open houses, fundraisers/galas.. any other ideas that you have--let’s chat!
Do you travel?
Yes, however, if I am traveling outside of the Tulsa Metro area, travel fees do apply.
